This article consists on investigating the link between the formal structures of the Portuguese language and the formation of the Brazilian racial awareness political system. Therefore, the linguistic aspect is analyzed through a comparison between the grammatical forms of Portuguese and English. With the aid of the perspective of language as a living object (ILARI, 2006), studies on assujettissement (Butler, 2017) are presented as elementary for the construction of the ethnolinguistic aspect of the languages under analysis. Linguistic analyses, aligned with ethnic-dissident thinking, point to the existence of a relationship between the formal structures of the Portuguese language and linguistic racism, established as a basic racial policy for the Portuguese language.||O presente artigo consiste em investigar a relação entre as estruturas formais da língua portuguesa e uma política de formação da consciência racial brasileira. Para tanto, o aspecto linguístico é analisado através de um comparativo entre formas gramaticais da língua portuguesa e da língua inglesa. Com o auxílio da perspectiva da língua enquanto objeto vivo (ILARI, 2006), os estudos sobre assujeitamento (Butler, 2017) são apresentados como elementares para construção do aspecto etnolinguístico das línguas sob análise. As análises linguísticas, alinhadas ao pensamento étnico-dissidente, apontam para a existência de uma relação entre as estruturas formais da língua portuguesa e o racismo linguístico, estabelecida enquanto política racial de base da língua portuguesa.
