This article seeks to revisit the fundamental concepts of literary theory and present an orientation for studies of indigenous literature, considering its constitution as a militant voice-praxis and the particularity of the set of works and authors. With that, it starts initially with the contextualization of the emergence of Indigenous Literature and the composition of an authorial aesthetic-literary voice-praxis. In sequence, possible paths for analyzing works by native authors based on literary theory are presented and discussed. We will use studies by Munduruku (2016), Danner; Dorrico; Danner (2018, 2019) and Graúna (2013). Finally, the results presented reinforce the consolidation of an effectively indigenous literature, which differs from the Canon, presenting particularities that break with concepts of western literary theory and outline paths for the constitution of a new theory.||Este artigo busca revisitar os conceitos fundamentais da teoria literária e apresentar uma orientação para estudos da Literatura Indígena, considerando sua constituição de uma voz-praxis militante e a particularidade do conjunto de obras e autores. Com isso, parte-se inicialmente da contextualização do surgimento da Literatura Índígena e da composição de uma voz-práxis estético-literária autoral. Em sequência, são apresentados e discutidos os caminhos possíveis para análises de obras de autores nativos com base na teoria literária. Para fundamentação teórica, usaremos os estudos de Munduruku (2016), Danner; Dorrico; Danner (2018, 2019) e Graúna (2013). Por fim, os resultados apresentados reforçam a consolidação de uma literatura efetivamente indígena, que difere do cânone, apresentando particularidades que rompem com conceitos da teoria literária ocidental e traçam caminhos para a constituição de uma nova teoria.
