Apresenta-se aqui, a partir da visão de um intelectual Kaiowá, o modo de compreender o espaço a partir do sentido cultural da casa de reza (óga pysy) dentro do tekoha – termo que, para além da sua tradução como aldeia ou território, significa o lugar onde se realiza o teko porã, o jeito de viver belo e perfeito segundo a cosmologia Kaiowá. Este texto foi feito para apresentar a construção de uma óga pysy na FAIND, Faculdade Intercultural Indígena da UFGD.||This article presents, from the perspective of a Kaiowá intellectual, the way of understanding space in terms of the cultural meaning of the prayer house (óga pysy) within the tekoha - a term which, in addition to its translation as village or territory, refers to the place where the teko porã takes place, the way of living in beauty and perfection according to Kaiowá cosmology. This text was written to present the construction of an óga pysy at FAIND, UFGD's Intercultural Indigenous College.
