This study intends to investigate the writing shift of scenes in In Search of lost time, by Marcel Proust, considering three aspects. First, a parallel between two scenes of childhood memory of Proust’s Narrator will be proposed in order to ascertain the tension between the father figure as a lawman and the uncle figure as someone who transgresses the law, having, as the axes of this conflict, the prohibited maternal kiss and the subsequent transgression of the child in the achievement of the kiss on the feminine body. Secondly, the effects of the father’s reprimand due to this transgression is analyzed and, consequently, the feeling of guilt and remorse of the child, resulting from this action, in the elaboration of what is here called “horizontal deviation”. A hypothesis that consists on the shift of the recalling of the heterosexual child transgression of the Narrator to the observation/elaboration of the homosexual adult transgression of certain masculine characters of In Search that are their contemporary. Finally, the actions of the “horizontal deviation” are analyzed in their insertion in the attempts of the elaboration of the absent scene, the scene that never happened, the one of the homossexual betrayal of the significant other Albertine, who is incessantly engendered by the jealous imaginary of Proust’s Narrator.||Este artigo pretende investigar o deslocamento escritural de cenas de Em busca do tempo perdido, de Marcel Proust, a partir de três vertentes. Inicialmente, será proposto um paralelismo entre duas cenas de recordação de infância do Narrador proustiano, no intuito de averiguar a tensão entre a figura do pai como detentor da lei e a figura do tio como transgressor dessa lei, tendo como eixos desse conflito o interdito do beijo materno e a posterior transgressão da criança na obtenção do beijo no corpo feminino. Em um segundo momento, analisa-se os efeitos da reprimenda paterna por essa transgressão, e consequentemente o sentimento de culpa e de remorso da criança que resulta dessa ação, na elaboração do que é aqui denominado de “desvio horizontal”. Hipótese que consiste no deslocamento da rememoração da transgressão infantil heterossexual do Narrador para a observação/elaboração da transgressão adulta homossexual de certos personagens masculinos da Busca que lhe são contemporâneos. Por fim, as ações do “desvio horizontal” são ainda analisadas na sua inserção nas tentativas da elaboração da cena ausente, a cena nunca efetivada da traição homossexual da companheira Albertine que é incessantemente engendrada pelo imaginário ciumento do Narrador proustiano.
