The objective of the article is to understand the (dis)attachment from the perspective of the sacralization of non-human animals based on the analysis of Peter Singer (1946). We will seek to gradually trace a timeline of the problems that the use of non-human animals at the pleasure of man incurs, through sacralization, proposing at the same time reverberations that affect animal well-being. Firstly, we will address how the Christian religion introduced the idea of superiority of the human species into society. Afterwards, we will show how modernity/contemporaneity views the animal issue, observing whether it adopts the maintenance of the same sacred predilections or whether it already asserts empathetic incursions towards other animal species. We conclude, from a look at the historical and sacrificial holocaust, that the developments regarding the use of non-human animals were the target of historical facticity, which established them as mere ritualistic instruments, but that literature already asserts inroads towards adopting a supportive stance towards different animal species.||O objetivo do artigo versa sobre a compreensão do (des) prendimento da ótica da sacralização dos animais não humanos a partir da análise de Peter Singer (1946). Procuraremos traçar, paulatinamente, uma linha do tempo acerca dos problemas que incorrem o usufruto do animal não humano ao bel-prazer do homem, por meio da sacralização, propondo ao mesmo tempo reverberações que incidam no bem-estar animal. No primeiro momento, abordaremos como a religião cristã introduziu na sociedade a ideia de superioridade da espécie humana. Depois, mostraremos como a modernidade/contemporaneidade encara a questão animal, observando se adota a manutenção das mesmas predileções sacras ou se já assevera incursões empáticas para com as demais espécies animais. Concluímos, a partir de um olhar sobre o holocausto histórico e sacrificial, que os desdobramentos acerca da utilização dos animais não humanos foram alvo da facticidade histórica, que os estabeleciam como meros instrumentos ritualísticos, mas que a literatura já assevera incursões para adotarmos uma postura solidária para com as variadas espécies animais.
