The subject of this article is the Language and Work interface based on the theoretical conjectures of Ergology. The objective is to identify and analyze the dramatic consequences of the use of the body-self, constituted and invested knowledge, renormalizations and renormalizations faced by Literature teachers in basic education during remote teaching and when returning to face-to-face classes in 2021. Contemplate a qualitative approach through an exploratory and field applied research. A bibliographical survey and a Discursive Textual Analysis (DTA) of semi-structured interviews with three Languages teachers were carried out. As a result, it is evident that there is an intensification of teaching labor practices identified in the dramatic use of the self by oneself and by others, who have suffered work overload and mental and psychological exhaustion.||Este artigo tem como temática a interface Linguagem e Trabalho com base nas conjecturas teóricas da Ergologia. O objetivo é identificar e analisar as dramáticas do uso do corpo-si, os saberes constituídos e investidos, as renormalizações e renormatizações enfrentadas por professores de Letras da educação básica durante o ensino remoto e no retorno às aulas presenciais em 2021. O estudo pauta-se em conceitos advindos da temática mencionada, como: noção de atividade, tarefa e trabalho, dramáticas do uso de corpo-si no trabalho, saber constituído e saber investido, renormalizações e renormatizações. Contempla uma abordagem qualitativa por meio de uma pesquisa aplicada exploratória e de campo. Foi realizado um levantamento bibliográfico e procedeu-se a uma Análise Textual Discursiva (ATD) de entrevistas semiestruturadas com três docentes de Letras. Como resultados, evidencia-se que há uma intensificação das práticas trabalhistas docentes identificadas nas dramáticas do uso de si por si e pelos outros, que pressupõe sobrecarga laboral e esgotamento mental e psicológico.
