Abstract: The present work aims to carry out a case analysis of an LGBTI+ representation within the universe of comics, focusing on the commemorative edition, from June 2021, called DC Pride and the character John Constantine. We opted for a qualitative approach, in which we will make a reading of such material starting from the history of comics and how they historically represented the LGBTI+ culture. In terms of contribution, we selected authors such as: Dandara Cruz, Darieck Scott, Ramzi Fawaz, Rob Lendrum, Neil Shyminsky, etc. Our conclusion involves seeing how there were historical changes, in which the veiled and dubious, passed to open representations and this involves social, historical and market changes.||O presente trabalho possui por objetivo realizar uma análise de caso de uma representação LGBTI+ dentro do universo dos quadrinhos, dando enfoque a edição comemorativa, de junho de 2021, chamada DC Pride e a personagem John Constantine. Optamos por uma abordagem metodologia qualitativa, em que faremos uma leitura de tal material partindo da história dos quadrinhos e de como eles historicamente representaram a cultura LGBTI+. Em termos de aporte selecionamos autores como: Dandara Cruz, Darieck Scott, Ramzi Fawaz, Rob Lendrum, Neil Shyminsky etc. Nossa conclusão envolve ver como existiram mudanças históricas, em que do velado e das dubiedades, se passou para representações abertas e isto envolve mudanças sociais, históricas e mercadológicas.
